How to apply for new Students

The following below items need to be completed for all new applicants.

Please complete the following forms, which are in PDF format.

• Application Form
• Statement of Faith (tick list)
• Registration Form (now includes Student Visa information)
• Reference Forms (we will need 3 references, one of which must be from your church pastor/youth pastor)
• Registration Fee of $25 or £16 (This is a non-refundable administration cost.)

 

How to apply for returning Students

Please complete the following forms, which are in PDF format.

• Registration Fee of $25 or £16 (This is a non-refundable administration cost.)

We also need the following information which you should get from your admissions/extension campus department:
Your database cover sheet
Confirmation that all preious fees have been paid in full.
Reference from your college Director or CM199 supervisor that should indicate your current academic and servanthood performance.

Please note that due to the fluctuations of the currency, we continually review the tuition fees & they may be adjusted according to the exchange rate later in the year.

Application Procedure

1. Fill out and send all the application forms and Registration Fee.
2. Your application will then be considered. If you don’t complete all these forms in full, consideration of your application will be delayed.
3. We will inform you if your application has been accepted via email.
4. You should then send your deposit, you need to ensure it is sent by the above deadline.
5. Once you have been accepted and we have recieved your deposit payment, a place will be held for you and your Acceptance Letter and a Visa Letter will be mailed to you.
6. The balance of payment of tuition fees is due before or on arrival in York. We reserve the right to request payment of tuition fees in full before arrival in York.

Travelling to the UK

When you travel to the UK, make sure you bring your Acceptance Letter with you.

If you intend to come to the UK as a Student visitor, you will need to show immigration that you have sufficient funds for the semester or evidence of a payment plan. 

If you are entering the UK with a Student Visa, you will already have satisfied the financial requirement.
